Coffee Description

Ibanda sits in the valleys of the Rwenzori Mountains in northern Kasese District. Smallholder farmers cultivate coffee on one to two acres of land, with support from Agri Evolve, who provide hands-on training in sustainable farming and selective picking for better quality and yield.

Cherries are hand-picked at peak ripeness, weighed, and quality checked before being transported to the Agri Evolve processing station. Here, they’re floated, graded, and sun-dried slowly — allowing the fruit’s natural sweetness and depth to develop fully. The result is a cup that’s rich, balanced, and a true reflection of its mountain origins.
